John Toepfer
President
Born and raised in New England, John Toepfer opened Brick House Tile in 1984 with his mother Alice. John came from a remodeling career specializing in older homes. He discovered that finding ceramic tile in northern New England was next to impossible so most of the tile used in his projects was brought to New Hampshire by Alice from Ohio. Alice and John discovered a need in their community and decided to open a tile store. They worked together for ten years before Alice retired. John continued to bring in tile from around the world and in 2010 purchased and produced the hand crafted Cider Press Tile line in Keene NH.
Beth Provencher
Customer Service Manager
Beth has worked in customer service in the building industry for the last fifteen years; she has been working in Inside sales with Arrow Tile Distributors for over ten years, providing service in customer service and order entry. Beth is well versed in in all aspects of customer care including aiding in material selection, data entry, order placement, and arranging shipment with an emphasis on customer support through each step of the process.
